Cansu Seda Baykal

Att. Cansu Seda Baykal joined our law office in 2019. Her areas of expertise are Labor Law, Property Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Divorce and Alimony Disputes, Contracts Law, Guardianship Law, Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Law.

She also provides consultancy on Immigration, Residency, Asylum and Citizenship Law, UNHCR applicaitons, European Court of Human Rights and Constitutional Court applications and Interpol applications as an expert lawyer at our office in Türkiye.

In 2014, she graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with an outstanding average. She gained experience by working with some leading Turkish law firms and lawyers during and after her education.

She also previously graduated from Ankara University Chemistry Department in 2009. She worked in the product analysis laboratory at Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş for her chemistry internship.

In the Forensic Medicine Institute, she worked in all laboratories in the Chemistry Specialization Department and she was a trainee observer in other specialized departments before starting her law carrier.

She speaks Turkish, good level of English and intermediate level of Arabic.
