After completing his education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1993, Attorney Salih Efe studied English language education in England in 1994.

Between 1994-1998, as a second university, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada with distinction degree.

While staying in Canada for 5 years, he also worked on various field of immigration law in Canada.

He then returned to Turkey and completed her Master's Program on European Union Law and Studies at Atılım University.

He also worked as a lawyer and staff in some international legal projects as well as participated in various conferences as a speaker on refugee law and human rights law.

Att. Salih Efe speaks fluent English, intermediate French and Farsi and has access to interpreters in all languages in his office.
